Macquarie Lodge Noosa Heads offers excellent Noosa holiday accommodation, with fully self contained holiday apartments and views out to Laguna Bay.

Hastings Street and Main Beach are only a 1km walk from Macquarie Lodge, whilst the commercial area is a mere 500 metres stroll.

Getting There

Transfer shuttles leave from Brisbane and Maroochy airports hourly. Macquarie Lodge is two hours' drive north of Brisbane and 30 minutes' drive north of Maroochydore Airport.

We are opposite the junction of Katharina Street with Banksia Avenue North (UBD: Sunshine Coast Map 9 G14) and can be reached easily via Grant Street off the roundabout at the junction of Noosa Drive and Sunshine Beach Road (Noosa Junction).

Disappointing. The ad described the apartments as luxurious. Ours wasn't. Our main room was dark - we didn't have the described view. We got very little sun- warmth was why we went to Noosa.The bathrooms were old and drab. There was a some of rot in one bathroom,- a bit unpainted in the kitchen. The staff was unfriendly except for the last day - we were not shown to our room nor were we asked how things were. There was a computer to use but no lighting so couldn't see the keys.

Liked: The kitchen was lovely and the living are and bedroom were tastefully furnished. The pool was warm and clean. The bottle of wine and chocolates were most welcoming.
Disliked: As above. Apartments were not a short stroll to Hastings St. It was quite a walk - and up a hill when returning. What was most disappointing was the false advertising. Maybe this applied to other apar
