Overview
Located in the heart of Kings Beach, Shearwater Resort is a stylishly appointed resort with 66 rooms catering for both the leisure and business traveller.
This 4.5 star property features great recreational facilities including a heated swimming pool, spa, children’s wading pool, gymnasium and games room. Located just a 50 metre stroll to the patrolled surf beach, Shearwater also features six retail shops and restaurants on the ground level.

Getting There
Conveniently located approximately 1 hour north of Brisbane, on the Sunshine Coast, Guests travelling along the Bruce Highway should turn at the Caloundra/Landsborough Turn off.
As you enter Caloundra, follow the signs to Kings Beach. We are opposite the water fountains.
STREET ADDRESS - Cnr Devene Avenue & The Esplanade, KINGS BEACH.
Transfers to and from Brisbane Airport can be arranged. Please contact property directly to make arrangements.

Thought we had a self contained room. But no we didn't. If we had a larger studio would not want to stay in ordinary studio. The blind annoyed me no end. We like to leave the door open, with full width this was not possible. So no privacy or no darkness if you want to sleep in.

We found the unit very comfortable to stay in, 1 complaint is the curtains in the main bedroom allowed the morning sunrise to lighten the room from 5.30am .Should have blockout curtains. Otherwise the resort was great.

We won a trip to shearwater and its the best place to stay for the family, from the moment we arrived we could not of been more welcomed,from the front office staff to the resturant to the bottle shop, the staff are amazing, friendly and just fantastic. we will make sure we stay here on our future holidays, thank you so much,

The Sherwater Resort is a great place to stay for families- it\'s in a great location (close to the beach) and the amenities (pool, games room). The only negative thing I would have to say it that the furniture in our appartment was quite old and could do with a re-vamp.

Was very happy overall, just a little frustrated that there was alot of construction going on outside our unit for most of the week. Hard for toddlers to have their day sleep. Very nice though, would stay there again.

Beautiful view - could not get into shower because of height of spa wall and no rail or step. Card key did not work for first unit given(worked on unit next door!!!!!) we were stuck in lift at 10.30 at night for 20 minutes in full darkness - no apology or compensation offered. Will not stay there again - needs maintenance

We found our 2 br dual key room with ocean view and balconies a lovely location and comfortable. We were very happy with it. The double room did not have ensuite and was not as spacious as we have had before.
