Visitor Review

We stayed in the Penthouse. We found the resort very quiet, and our apartment neat and tidy and clean. We loved the 2 huge plasma televisions. Listening to the ocean at night was really lovely. A really lovely modern apartment which is good for families. Great floor plan also for children who need a quiet area to sleep away from main living area and main bedroom etc. I would recommend the Penthouse to everyone, it is really lovely, even more so to arrive with a bottle of champagne and chocolates waiting for you. We will definately be returning.

Liked: How quiet it was, and the rooftop access with your own bbq and spa bath.Great place to sit of an afternoon and watch the ships go past.
Disliked: The carpark area was small, and would be difficult to get into at peak times. We really loved our holiday here however and car space was a small issue only.

Getting There

From Brisbane Airport: Transfer or Hire Car is available (Resort can make your booking - please call).
Drive north on the Bruce Highway towards Nambour. Past the Ettamogah Pub and take the next left to Mooloolaba. Travel on the Sunshine Motorway until veering left on Kawana Way. Travel on Kawana Way until reaching Kawana Island Blvd, turn left, over the bridge and turn left at the 7 Eleven Garage. Then take a right turn into Koorin Drive (our sign is on the corner).

From Sunshine Coast Airport: Take the motorway to Caloundra, past the Kawana Shoppingworld take the second turn on left (Koorin Drive).

The luxurious Penthouse is fully self contained and is perfect for that special getaway.

One of the worst places I have stayed in a long time. Rooms were unclean, dusty, lights did not work, toilet in ensuite did not flush, and even found someone elses dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. Very over priced and needs a facelift. Advised management and we never heard from them - not great on getting repeat customers and recommendations.

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: Room dirty and dusty. Never heard from complex management about our complaints.

have stayed there a few years running. apartments very nice. stayed in penthouse last year and the spa on rooftop was not working. and would not be fixed foor four days that was half the trip. psyed a lot of money for the penthouse. other than that one bad experience. surfside is relaxing and beautiful. beach on doorstep.
